The brand process

  • I want to know what makes you you & what sets your brand apart. In the discovery phase, we will take time to uncover the essence of your brand together. This is where I begin visualizing the elements of your brand.

  • Based on initial conversations & discovery, I will create 3-4 original concepts to choose from. Once a favorite is chosen, we begin the revision stage. During this process, I present logo concepts in black & white. Why? Because color is powerful! Certain colors have the ability to exude emotion & sway initial opinions. I want you to choose a logo concept because you absolutely love the core design. From there, we begin to play with color palettes.

  • Not a fan of a color or font or line? Let’s refine it! Every brand begins somewhere & it is meant to be revised & refined to fit your vision and mission.

  • It’s time to show the world what we’ve been working on! You will have all the tools & assets to successfully launch your new brand.

THE BASICS

$850

I RECOMMEND THIS PACKAGE TO THOSE WHO MAY ALREADY HAVE CRAFTED THIER SKILL OR STARTED THEIR BUSINESS, BUT ARE IN NEED OF A THOUGHTFUL BRAND TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL. THIS PACKAGE PROVIDES A STARTING POINT TO LAY A FOUNDATION FOR YOUR BRAND.

  • Client brand questionaire (many clients find this very helpful to truly discover their vision, goals, and values)

  • Based on initial client discovery, 3-4 original logo designs are created to choose from for refinement (SEE EXAMPLE HERE)

  • Once favorite design concept is chosen, 2 rounds of revisions are included (further revisions are charged hourly at $100/hour)

  • Your final design will be given to you in all the files you would need (editable vector files, JPGs, and transparent PNGs) with unrestricted usage rights

  • Custom color palette to ensure consistency across all applications (Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and hex color profiles)

  • all font files used in the brand

THE ESSENTIALS

THIS PACKAGE IS CRAFTED FOR A BUSINESS READY TO HAVE A COMPLETE BRAND IDENTITY ACROSS THE BOARD. MY BEST ADVICE FOR ANY BUSINESS OWNER IS CONSISTENCY. THE ESSENTIALS PACKAGE WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS AND ASSETS TO ACHIEVE CONSISTENCY ACROSS YOUR ENTIRE BRAND.

includes everything within the basics package plus:

  • An additional round of revisions

  • brand submark (this is a useful abbreviated version of your brand which compliments your primary logo. A submark is typically used for social media profiles and signatures - usually a symbol or initials representing your brand.)

  • complete brand guidelines (multiple page digital “book” laying out all aspects of your brand and how to implement your brand) (See exAmple here)

  • Custom business card design for up to 10 staff members

  • Custom email signature design

  • 2 additional collateral pieces: thank you card, letterhead, return address label, stationary, etc.

  • Social media kit (profile image and banner for up to 3 social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)

THE HOLY GRAIL

THE HOLY GRAIL PACKAGE WILL TRULY TAKE YOUR BRAND TO THE NEXT LEVEL. NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS, YOUR DIGITAL FOOTPRINT MEANS EVERYTHING THESE DAYS.

includes everything within the essentials package plus:

  • Custom mobile-responsive website hosted with Squarespace platform (my fav!)

  • Website planning + marketing strategy consultation

  • "Coming Soon" landing page to establish your website before you launch (contact form or newsletter subscription may be included on this page)

  • Layout + styling of up to 6 pages + up to 3 blog posts (additional pages and E-commerce quoted separately)

  • Social media integration so that all of your platforms stay connected

  • Custom browser favicon (it’s the little icon at the top of the browser!)

  • Custom HTML coding to create a scroll to top button + animated text + photos

  • Search engine optimization (SEO) so potential customers can find you on the world wide web

  • Image optimization (so your photos look best on every size of screen without slowing down the loading time)

  • Photo curation to add visual intrigue (if you already have videos or photography ready to go, great! if you'd like custom photography rather than stock photos, we can talk about a discounted photography rate to achieve professional photography of you, your business, or your products)

  • One hour "training" to manage + maintain your website... no coding required! (this may be done in person if you're a local client, over zoom, or a screen recording sent straight to your inbox.
